PixelPops! 2009 will be held in December in The Corridor, BolteLang gallery  an exhibition space of in Zürich, Switzerland. This year's curator is Aoife Rosenmeyer.

The resulting group of 27 short, silent, films come from Swiss artists and colleagues further afield. At a time of year when dark streets enhance the appeal of commercial displays, these films challenge viewers’ expectations; all of them engage directly or implicitly with forms of presentation, thwarted longing and the urban experience.
